Self-Care

How have you been taking care of yourself lately? How has your life changed since the start of COVID-19? The pandemic has placed a great toll on people and changed the way things are done. My approach to therapy integrates evidence-based techniques from various models such as cognitive behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, existentialism, psychodynamic, and person-centered approaches. What this means is that I understand everyone has unique qualities and distinctive minds. What this also means is that I like to have an individualized approach to therapy. Through a collaborative approach, I strive to get to know you on a deeper level to be able to guide you.
