Hi! I am Dr. Bethania Carrión and I would  like to share a brief summary of my professional background.​ I am the founder of Guided Insight Psychology. Currently practicing as a Licensed Psychologist in Florida & New York. 

I obtained my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) at Albizu University which is accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA). 
 
I provide therapy to individuals from varied ethnic, spiritual, and multicultural backgrounds. 


Internship was completed at Goodman Psychological Services Center, which is a community clinic in Doral.  My fellowship was completed at Albany Medical Center in New York where I served medical students and residents/doctors.

Professional Experiences

I have facilitated psychotherapeutic services such as individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy both in-person and via telehealth. 

Additionally, I have experience conducting comprehensive psychodiagnostic evaluations, professional consultation, mentoring, supervision, and teaching.  I have also trained therapists, medical students, and psychiatrists on psychological concepts and techniques.
